Amor trip 2003 to Mexico. These are our senior high youth group members who go down to Mexico in the summer to build a home for a deserving family.

Amor in Spanish means love.

The start of our journey,  You may notice that we look clean, and excited.  A condition that does change over the course of a week.

This is the home that we are building.  It will be a simple wood frame with stucco walls.

Not everything we do is hard work.  There is the posing for photos.

One of the best ways we get paid for all our hard work is the hugs from the children.

This is the new homeowner who will be living here with her family.

And now you can see the results of all the hard work and love put into this project.  As I said, at the end of the week we are dirty, tired, and so darn happy to have been a part of this labor of love.
